Blue Forest Large Terrarium- Original Sculpture

A large terrarium in a large glass dome with a cork base.

All the elements from this terrarium are of different shades of blue that create a whimsical landscape inspired from the fantastic forests of Pandora (the planet from Avatar)

The contrast between the dance of blue colors that would lead your mind to the world of sea and oceans, with blue waves and crystal clear waters, and the natural elements used, create a unique composition that teleports you into a magical world.

All of the elements are sculpted by hand, with no molds or cutters. Then the pieces are painted by hand with soft pastels and acrylics and are then put together. 

Dimensions: ⌀ 9cm and 15cmm tall

To embelish the sculpted items, I added a beautiful dyed slice of Agate that perfectly compliments all the blue shades and a few points of Aqua Aura Quartz. Following the crystals, the composition also has different types of dried natural flowers, stabilized lichens and on top of everything a beautiful, paper butterfly.
