Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at jules.crystaldesign@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for the return and will cover all shipping taxes and other costs.

For damaged products on delivery, both the exchange with another product and the full refund of the product can be made. The money will be returned only to a bank account or PayPal, after the package has been delivered and arrived with all the components. Products damaged on delivery may be declared damaged within 5 days of delivery of the package. If the product is declared damaged after the deadline, it is considered damaged by the customer and therefore the refund is no longer possible.

Products that are damaged by the customer can neither be exchanged nor refunded. 

 

You can cancel your order for free and receive a refund as quickly as possible only before the package is shipped. After the package is shipped, you can only receive a refund after the package is returned to me safely.

In cases of stolen goods, lost parcels or broken items during shipment, I can only issue refunds in case of damaged products after having provided with photos of the incident. I can’t issue refunds for lost/stolen mail since I have absolutely no control of the package from the day it was shipped and it’s something that cannot be contested if the package was not tracked. Refunds for untracked parcels can be issued only if the package had a problem during transit(wrong/ incomplete address, not being picked up, etc.) and the package returns to me via post. If the package does not return, the refund can't be possible since the package might've actually been picked up and there is no form of contestation.

If you want to have your parcel, tracked, assured and with refund availability, I strongly recommend choosing the tracked shipping.
